We are seeking a Demand Planner to drive accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain alignment for a leading FMCG / Food Solutions company. The role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills, experience in demand forecasting, and a collaborative approach to planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for products based on historical data, sales inputs, and market trends.
Plan and monitor inventory levels to optimize stock while minimizing shortages or overstock situations.
Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, aligning forecasts with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Analyze demand variability, seasonality, and trends to inform business decisions.
Plan demand for new product launches in coordination with marketing and operations.
Continuously improve demand planning processes and utilize planning tools/software effectively.
Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment between supply and demand and track forecast accuracy KPIs.
