Job: Deputy Nursery Manager

Key responsibilities: 

• Acting as the main point of contact for staff, parents, and children.
• Ensuring smooth daily operations of the nursery.
• Overseeing the delivery of a high-quality curriculum.
• Supporting and training staff to maintain best practices.
• Engaging with parents to build strong relationships and communication.
• Creating a positive, thriving, and nurturing environment for children.
• Contributing to the overall success and growth of the nursery.

Requirements: 

• CACHE Level 5 (or equivalent) and a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with previous UAE experience in a management or senior teaching role.
• A deep understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Ability to support staff, engage parents, and drive the nursery’s success.
• Experience in growing and promoting a nursery community.
