What You’ll Do:
- Empathize & Research – Uncover user needs through qualitative and quantitative insights.

- Ideate & Innovate – Lead dynamic brainstorming sessions to spark creative solutions.
- Prototype & Test – Build and refine prototypes based on real user feedback.
- Drive Implementation – Partner with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
- Champion Design Thinking – Foster a culture of innovation and user-first thinking.
What You Bring:
- 12+ years in design thinking, UX/UI, or related fields
- Expertise in facilitation, prototyping (Figma/Sketch/Adobe), and storytelling
- Strong knowledge of journey mapping, personas, and usability testing
- A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
