Responsibilities

• Design electric generators and motors, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Utilize CAD programs for detailed design work and project simulations.
• Prepare and manage project documentation throughout all project phases, from tendering to realization.
• Ensure all documentation meets industry standards and client requirements.
• Present technical solutions to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and project alignment.
• Participate in the continuous development and improvement of products and technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and innovations.
• Conduct thorough analysis and optimization of project solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Utilize simulations and finite element methods (Siemens Magnet/Elecnet/Thermnet) to predict and solve potential issues.
• Collaborate with the team to solve technical problems that arise during project development and implementation.
• Implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Attend and present at professional meetings and conferences to showcase the company’s advancements and network with industry professionals.

Requirements

• MSc in Electrical Engineering, ideally with a focus on electric generators and motors.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role involving the design and development of electric generators and motors.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and client interactions.
• Proficiency in CAD programs for design and simulation purposes.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with finite element method simulations (Siemens Magnet/Elecnet/Thermnet).
• Excellent knowledge and active use of English (both spoken and written).
• Knowledge of German (spoken and written) is highly desirable.
• Accuracy, promptness, and responsibility in performing work tasks.
• Proactive, analytical, and quality-focused mindset.
• Well-developed organizational skills, including the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Specialization in Electromechanical Engineering is a plus.
• Possession of a category B driver's license is desirable.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.
