About the Role
Join our global team in driving large-scale S/4HANA transformations for leading international clients. We are looking for an experienced and passionate SAP MDG Developer / Technical Consultant to design and deliver innovative Master Data Governance solutions that shape the digital backbone of global enterprises.In this role, you will be responsible to ensure master data consistency across SAP and non-SAP systems using ALE/IDocs, SOA services, and other replication mechanisms. Require deep technical expertise in SAP MDG, data replication strategies, and error handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure MDG replication frameworks using ALE/IDocs, SOA services, and web services.
- Implement and monitor data replication across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and external systems.
- Troubleshoot replication errors and manage exception handling processes.
- Customize MDG applications using WebDynpro, FPM, BRF+, BADIs, and workflows.
- Develop ABAP enhancements for replication logic and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with functional teams to align replication strategies with business needs.
- Document replication architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in SAP MDG with a focus on integration and replication.
- Strong expertise in ALE/IDocs, SOA services, Web services, and DRF (Data Replication Framework).
- Proficiency in ABAP & BRF+ is a must.
- Experience with MDG error handling, monitoring tools, and data quality frameworks.
- Familiarity with WebDynpro, and workflow development.
- Familiarity with data migration tools like LSMW and BODS is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving mindset, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
