Functionality:

• Maintenance and development of technological processes of production and quality control of products in the line of Dry Construction Compounds (flooring, repair and waterproofing) at the company's plants;
• Modernization of manufactured products; development of new product formulations; Evaluation and implementation of new raw and packaging materials;
• Commissioning, launching control, setting in production of new products on the production sites of the company - business trips to the factories;
• Product quality management;
• Work with claims;
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation.

Expectations:

• Education: higher specialized (chemical or construction);
• Experience as a production engineer or developer (dry mortars) at least 3 years;
• Production technology knowledge, experience in methods of testing of dry building mixtures, development / adjustment of formulae;
• Personal qualities: attentiveness, efficiency, purposefulness, active position in life;
• Command of English will be an advantage for you: it is possible active communication with foreign colleagues. Written technical - a must.
