We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Digital Sales Assistant in the healthcare sector.
As a Digital Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales manager in their day-to-day routine and implementing effective digital sales strategies to drive business growth in the healthcare industry.
Your responsibilities will include creating customer buying funnels, integrating sales and marketing efforts, leveraging digital tools and platforms, and maintaining a strong online presence.
Your tasks & responsibilities
Assist the sales manager in their daily activities, providing support and contributing to achieving sales targets.
Create customer buying funnels by understanding customer motivations and overcoming obstacles, ensuring a smooth sales process.
Utilize a sales funnel solution to effectively manage leads and convert them into customers.
Integrate sales and marketing activities to align messaging and maximize the impact of digital sales efforts.
Capture leads on the company's website through live chat interactions and utilize a website lead tracker to nurture and convert them into customers.
Leverage prospecting tools for B2B sales, identifying potential clients and initiating contact to generate new business opportunities.
Actively engage in social media groups to build relationships, share product information, and drive sales.
Empower brand evangelists by cultivating strong relationships with satisfied customers who can promote the company and its products.
Conduct webinars or other web-based events to educate potential customers, showcase product benefits, and drive sales.
Supplement sales efforts with original content and case studies to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of the company's products.
Stay updated on the competitor environment, conducting benchmarking activities to identify opportunities and differentiate our offerings.
Maintain a positive mindset and wellbeing attitude while representing the company's values and brand image.
YOUR PROFILE
English Language Level C1
Native French
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Personal interest in nutritional supplements and cosmetics.
Strong team player with natural self-confidence, assertiveness, and persuasiveness.
Visionary with the ability to inspire and support others while holding them accountable.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly and have a high level of local presence as required.
Prior experience as a door-to-door agent or influencer would be highly advantageous.
Possession of a driver's license is preferred.
Availability to work during weekends for approximately 6-8 weekends per year. Willingness to participate in animated webinars from 6-9 pm.
