My client is a market leader & largest manufacturer in the PVC pipes and fittings industry founded in 1981. Their products are used in various industries including agriculture, housing, telecom, and construction. The company has a 40-year legacy and is the country's premier pipes brand across plumbing, sanitation, and agriculture.  

Responsibilities: 

• Own the Digital roadmap, and programs and ensure technical governance on the same
• Provide integrated solution delivery to the business unit senior management team.
• Bring in best practices from the industry and help analyze the same for both business and technical teams to implement and benefit further
• Review solution architecture from a scalability, flexibility, and sustainability standpoint
• Work in partnership with the business units as a member of the management team, to fully understand the key business drivers, processes, and needs of current challenges as well as future strategic initiatives and objectives
• Actively participate with the senior management team in the leadership and organization of the Business Unit
• Co-create solutions along with business, IT teams (infra, SAP, and Digital), and vendors for the opportunities, challenges, and improvements that have been identified and prioritized
• Take responsibility for implementation program or system upgrade initiatives and ensure they are delivered within schedule, cost, and quality to business units

Requisites:

• Overall 12+ years of experience, with a minimum of 3 Years in Digital Solutions Implementation - Solution architect with Full stack developer background using Dot Net Framework and Azure is preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in the Building solutions industry or peer industry.
• Exposure or working knowledge of SAP will be an additional advantage.
• Deep understanding of Building Solutions and end to end Value Chain
• Digital Experience: Awareness of Digital Trends, Business models, technologies, and capabilities particularly peer industry.
