• Drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.

• Manage project risks, budgets, and timelines.

• Select and manage strategic supplier partnerships.

• Lead a team of engineers and represent the company in the industry.
  
   

• MSc/PhD in Engineering or Materials Science (battery specialization preferred).

• 10-15 years in battery development/program management, with 5+ years in leadership roles.

• Expertise in battery design, validation, and integration (Li-ion, solid-state, BMS).

• Strong project management and leadership skills.

• Aerospace/mobility industry experience is a plus.
