• Delivery head role is a technical product delivery role and this means the person should have worked on product development in the past and understand the software product/IT customization and implementation which is the core of delivery.
• Software solutioning of product and implementation and thus needs software product development experience from the past, should have hands-on experience on product customization based on the client’s requirements to be delivered in the required timeline.
• Should have experience in managing teams greater than 200 for delivery.

About the Job:

Delivery Head will oversee the implementation of multiple software projects across multiple projects concurrently. This role will lead design, development, and implementation (DDI), solutioning and managed services along. This role will also own the architecture, design and creation of solutions using the products and third-party products available commercially in the market. Responsibility includes working with customers, functional and matrix managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, consistent with defined guidelines and processes and with client expectations.

What you will do:

· Ensure high quality deliveries for multiple products and projects concurrently as per agreed timelines and quality

· Lead design, development, and implementation (DDI), Solutioning and Managed services.

· Proactively monitor, track multiple projects with a focus to mitigate potential risks

· Lead all program/project delivery related aspects.

· Oversee, review, and implement the appropriate Governance & escalation model for all the products/programs.

· Focus on the service delivery improvement initiatives along with respective delivery.

· People management & stakeholder management within the organization and clients.

· Build and engage strong high performing and agile teams

· Client Management.

· Adhere to clients- processes and metrics of performance and quality parameters

· Identify opportunities for reusability across Products and Programs

· Own the technical solutioning in RFPs/RFI response process.

· Identify parts of solutions ready for “productization”. Support design, development, and adoption of products.

· Support development and execution of product strategy.

· Establish and maintain a blended iterative SDLC and Product Development methodologies to achieve consistent approach to project management.

· Ensure that high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adhered throughout each phase of implementation.

· Partner with global product development to implement new product development strategies to complement existing service offerings

· Partner with the global product team to build implementation guides and ensure its adherence on projects

· Partner with development COE on best practices and standards. Accountable for implementation of those standards

Who you are:

· Product Delivery leader with 14+ years of experience in software industry preferably from Healthcare Domain with MMIS experience, preferably large engagements.

· Strong technical knowledge and business qualification with a successful track record of hands-on-experience in IT leadership, strategic planning, program management / global delivery

· Comfortable with both product engineering, product development and large-scale implementations

· Hands-on product development experience to enable decision making on product implementation

· Passionate about leading delivery excellence, DDI and solutioning

· Manage Delivery excellence parameters quality, productivity, estimation, agile

· Solve delivery / solutioning / product integration problems of the product

· Ensure high utilization, healthy profit margins

· Identify potential risks and issues in product implementation, services, and solutions

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

· Usage of appropriate tools to communicate the ideas/creative solutions

· Hands-on resource management
