Location : Hyderabad

Experience: 15 - 19 years

Reporting to -  Director 

Required skills:

The ideal candidate should have 15-19 years of experience, with 10-12 years of people management in and 6+ years in Oracle cloud ERP applications.

Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology with relevant industry experience 

Experience in end to end implementation of oracle ERP applications in any domain finance, Supplychain, HCM are required.

Strong exposure in large scale Oracle Cloud implementation, Delivery and Stake holder management. Continuosly working towards business development, support and enhancement of ERP Applications globally.

Hands-on Technical and strong People management experience, Retention stratergies driving team towards the vision of the organization

Proven experience in identifying and executing complex service and engineering projects.

Hands-on on working with Legacy applications along with migration exposure from Legacy to oracle ERP cloud is must.

Responsible to provide Oracle ERP Implementation and support across HCM, SCM & Finance domains catering to functional, technical, infrastructure & application security for end-to-end orcale cloud ERP Implementation, Roll-out & Support.

Collabrate with implementation  partner and IS teams and drive ERP Implementation, rollouts, Migrations, M&A, manage release and Opertaions.
