Job Description
You will lead ad sales and partnerships, acting as the primary revenue driver across advertisers, agencies, and brand ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own advertiser pipeline (brands + agencies)
- Close large deals across performance and programmatic channels
- Manage relationships with GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis, etc.
- Identify new revenue streams and categories
Must-have attributes:
- Strong agency and advertiser network
- Demonstrated deal closures (₹10Cr+ annual billing)
- Deep understanding of performance + digital commerce ecosystem
- Ability to operate in high-growth, ambiguous environments
