Location: Bangalore / Remote

About the role:

• We are on the lookout for a leader in the analytics space, with preferably 16-20 years of experience, who comes with a strong background and solid knowledge in building analytics capabilities and solutions for retail banking customers and BFSI Clients across the globe.
• This person would be responsible for setting up and managing analytics teams, while driving the development and delivery of complex analytics products and solutions, leveraging AI and Machine Learning.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 16 to 20 years of overall experience with a strong background in BFSI / Retail banking analytics.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau, as well as machine learning libraries and frameworks.
• Must be aware of core banking and other FinTech stack of products that are popularly used in the Retail Bank.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience leading a team of analytics professionals and cross-functional teams.
• Strong client management capabilities demonstrated through working with complex organization structures, demanding stakeholders (including internal clients).
