Duties & Responsibilities :
Providing leadership , direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
Providing strategic recommendations to the Board and memebers of the executive management team.
Managing and processes for financial forcasting and budgets and responsible for the preparation of all financial reporting fo rthe Hotel.
Advising on long-term business and financial plannong.
Responsible for ensuring internal auditing and compliance management framework is embedded and operational fot the hotel
Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets.
Reviewing all formal finance ,HR and IT related procedures.
Liaising with external auditors, finance providors,and external agenices ( including Government- HMRC)
Cash management & reporting.
Training Development and supervision of Finance Team.
Development of Finance systems and process,
Maintenance of appropriate internal controls.
Manage and issue monthly financial reporting to the Board.
Must Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management, Board and external parties.
Needs to be qualified accountant : ACA/CIMA/ACCA
Ideslly University Graduate.
