Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in a Director of F&B role within a luxury hotel/resort.

• At least 5 years in a leadership role within F&B operations.

• GCC market experience preferred but not required.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in F&B management software and MS Office.

• Excellent guest service and innovation skills.

Language:

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Education:

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
