A great opporutnity to join as a Director of F&B at a Luxury 5 star hotel in Rome

• Experience required 3-5 years in a similar management role in a structured hotel company , preferrable in Italy
• Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of additional languages preferred
• The role is intended as Excom
• He will report to both General manager and Director of Operations
• He will manage the departments of: Food & Bevarage (40 pax), Executive Chef will not report to him but will work close to Director of F&B. But Culinary is another department.
