As a Director HR, you will play a key role in owning the HR function to provide all HR services to the Offshore center in Chennai, the function will be responsible for HR Business partnering, defining and owning Business Processes, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Retention, Employee Engagement, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies, carry out initiatives, and models for the talent acquisition function.
- To execute business strategies that will progress corporate and organizational goals, collaborate, influence, and interact with senior business leaders.
- Delivering a high-quality, consultative talent acquisition (TA) service to the company while taking part in the development of talent strategy to aid in the hiring of top people.
- As a close business partner, offer advice to senior business leaders on developing talent pools and managing in a changing market environment.
- Establish core capabilities, develop processes to attract personnel, identify essential talent needs, and explore approaches to boost productivity and staff retention
- Promote proactive education and training, and collaborate with industry
- Develop organizational growth strategies, implement them, and show thought leadership and creative intervention techniques.
- Create, own, and carry out protocols for employee engagement when they ask for HR support.
- Create, implement, and assess an internal communications strategy to ensure that company objectives, projects, and organizational or personnel news are conveyed regularly and successfully.
- Learning and Development - Serve as the organization's main point of contact for Senior Leaders and Executives about Leadership and Organizational Development.
Desired skills:
- Ideally an MBA in HR or MSW, or comparable real-world HR experience
- 12 to 18 years of relevant work experience, particularly in business processes, employee engagement, Employee Engagement, TA & Talent management.
- Experience in Fintech, BFSI, and SaaS industry candidates is required.
- Strong consulting, business acumen and analytical abilities are necessary, as well as the capacity to spot trends and pinpoint systemic approaches to problem-solving.
