Key Responsibilities:

Lead the HR strategy in alignment with the hotel’s business goals and luxury service culture

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-caliber hospitality professionals

Ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws and brand standards

Drive employee engagement, training, and development programs

Partner with leadership on performance management and succession planning

Manage compensation, benefits, and HR budgeting

Champion diversity, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture
Requirements:
-
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality

Strong knowledge of Qatari labor laws and international HR best practices
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred)

Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage

Proven track record in talent strategy, people development, and HR operations in a luxury environment
