Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the HR strategy in alignment with the hotel’s business goals and luxury service culture

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-caliber hospitality professionals

• Ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws and brand standards

• Drive employee engagement, training, and development programs

• Partner with leadership on performance management and succession planning

• Manage compensation, benefits, and HR budgeting

• Champion diversity, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality

• Strong knowledge of Qatari labor laws and international HR best practices

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred)

• Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage

• Proven track record in talent strategy, people development, and HR operations in a luxury environment
