Job Description
§ Job duties
- Integrate to the bank’s various functions the Risk Management Framework to assure the completeness of the risk profile and identify and monitor emerging risks
- Implement the risk management framework(credit risk, operational risk, market and liquidity risk, reputational risk and others, horizontally with key stakeholders in the second line to design key product and services toward Compliance, Regulation, Risk, Cyber Security, Financial Crime and Money Laundering
- Drive outcomes based on the risk assessment for different functions
- Assess and identify new risks and risks for change management projects and key initiatives.
- Oversee all risk Management departments(Credit Analysis, Credit Administration, Credit Monitoring, Asset Remediation and Portfolio Reporting) through market research, data analysis platform
- Implement information management system to assess all risks and reporting profile by segment
- Assessment of industry volatilities and industry based trends, risk profiling of customers, identification of target markets and developing risk asset acceptance criteria to assist in credit portfolio management aligned with the principles defined in the Internal Rating Based Approaches.
- Quantify of Interest rate risk using program based cash flow mapping method and simultaneously generate scenarios for stress testing on Fixed Income portfolios.
- Design the operational risk management processes are adequately reported to senior management and the Board, and used for decision making in line with the Operational Risk.
- Performed risk analysis of operational processes and introduced controls to mitigate.
- Required qualifications.
- 10 years of experience in the banking sector, solid background on Information technology, financial technologies, digital product development, working in a multicultural environment. demonstrated a strong leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related social sciences, a MBA is an advantage.
