Great opportunity to join this growing group fine dining group, we looking for a very strong candidate with GM experience to lead this new project and would be in charge of the Private Club, F&B, and hotel.

Reporting to the property, he/she will be the maximum responsible for the management and direction of F&B Project (a 7-floor historic building right in the center of Madrid, including a Luxury Boutique Hotel, a member´s Club and various floors of restaurants) supervising the activity of Private Club, F&B, and hotel.

Mission of the position:

Based on an extensive knowledge of F&B, Luxury Hospitality and Fine Dining at an international level, he /she will develop the strategy of this new business, ensuring both customer experience and financial results. He/she will oversee the implementation and operational excellence of the F&B  project.

• More than 10 years of Demonstrable experience in positions of responsibility of large projects of Exclusive Restoration, high level.
• Accustomed to working in a business of exclusivity and personalization of the service.
• Familiar with the World of the Night.
• Strong customer excellence orientation -
• Strong leadership and relationship building skills.
• Experience in efficient operation of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and hotels. Dedicated to implementing them from scratch, improving the bottom line through motivational and exceptional leadership.
• Attention to detail.
• Modern and current vision of trends in customer service and the management of "unique and differential" spaces in the Luxury & Lifestyle Hospitality arena.
• Action-oriented, energy driver, dynamic and implementer.
• Good balance between strategic vision and ability to implement projects and get off the ground (hands-on).
• High relational quality and ability to work in a team with peers.
• Bilingual English, Spanish (the position is Madrid-based)
