The ideal candidate should 

Be a well-rounded leader in Rooms, and Food and Beverage 

Experience in working with properties with large meeting and event spaces

Previous experience as Hotel Manager or similar role in a Luxury 4 Star Hotell 

Strong record on delivering on all key KPI's 

Excellent financial acumen and P&L responsibility 

Speaks fluent English and Italian, additional languages an asset 

Strong leadership skills and the ability to hold a team accountable 

Proven track record of analyzing operations and making continuous improvements
