Main duties and responsibilities -

• Act as a trusted advisor to the business, building relationships and providing ongoing support on OD change management and development initiatives.
• Lead on service redesign structures and streamline processes in clinical and non-clinical departments in the IMC.
• Lead behavioural change management and consulting services to the various functions within the organisation.
• Maintain the operations performance level and support the business growth to reach the desired objectives.
• Research and leverage industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices; providing guidance when difficult decisions are required. 
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the organisational effectiveness and leader / employee development by effectively collaborating with business lines and senior leaders to achieve goals.
• Work with all levels of leadership / management / union personnel to communicate organisational development initiatives, training, and opportunities. 
• Partner with client organisation and leaders to identify, plan and implement customised interventions to accomplish strategic outcomes and optimize workplace performance.
• Plan, develop content and facilitate workshops, leadership offsites and teambuilding sessions. effectively facilitate sessions, ensuring achievement of desired outcomes and following up with consultative recap recommendations for suture actions
• Use appropriate resources, assessments, and tools to diagnose organisational effectiveness, make recommendations and implement interventions, including focus groups, conflict resolution, team building etc.
