WHAT YOU WILL DO

 The primary responsibility of our Director of Sales & Marketing will be the coordination of all departmental activities including:

• Promote, plan, organize, guide the company's strategic plan.

• Spreading the culture of Hotel

• Manage the sales, events, communication & marketing, and revenue teams.

• Research new accounts, maintain and take care of existing contacts and solicit new initiatives to be taken to grow the target segment.

• Maximize profits for the hotel through creative and selective selling.

• Knowing and managing P&L

• Plan budgets in conjunction with company guidelines.

• Achieving and exceeding Rev par goals

• Plan, a communication and marketing strategy for the hotel, with a focus on target markets
