A  opportunity has arisen to join this amazing luxury Waterpark property, the hotel is part of an international group, as the Director of Sales

• To be responsible for leading, directing, and motivating the Sales team 
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop marketing collateral, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials to support sales efforts, enhance brand awareness, and effectively communicate the value proposition
• Ensure that the yearly sales budget is achieved and exceeded
• Implement management standards and quality guidelines
• Develop sales strategies to penetrate target markets
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in GCC
• Previous experience in a Waterpark in a similar capacity for at least 4 years
• Fluency in English language to speak and present clearly and effectively, ideally with fluency in Turkish
• Innovative and creative to create new brand strategies that attract new clientele and succeed over competition
• Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them

Arabic Language is preferred
