Responsibilities:

• Organization of the work of a mechanical repair enterprise;
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the enterprise;
• Monitoring the efficiency of business processes of the enterprise;
• Risk analysis, development of proposals for the launch of new products (products of own production);
• Regular financial and corporate reporting;
• Budgeting: formation and execution control;
• Enterprise team management.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• Successful experience in managing a manufacturing enterprise for at least 5 years (Head of Production / Technical Director);
• Experience in managing a company with up to 100 employees;
• Experience in launching new products into production;
• Experience in improving the efficiency of production and business processes of the enterprise;
