A great opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, entrepreneurial to work with the VP , overseeing over 20 hotels in UK and Europe. Must be a self-starter able to act on a whim, be ready to travel. You will be providing support to Hotels Directors, CapEX p[projects, new business opportunities, on boarding new investments, responsible for internal reporting 

Knowledge and Experince Required 

Strong knowledge of the Hotel markets in UK and Europe 

Commercial real estate/asset management background  dealing with hotel assets for at least 5 years 

Strong Negotiation skills 

Be able to deploy challenging business plans with ambitious tarkets 

Capex Experience 

Holda a Masters Degree 

Full and complete understanding of hotel operations as well as end to end business mechanics 

Strong project management skills 

Excellent communication skills both oral and written 

Strong experiences to enable yourslef to challenge hotel operators 

Self-starter and self-motivated with a strong level of commitment
