Job Description
- Being responsible for the entire country with his/her team by determining the annual goals plans and cost budget, implementing the company's market development strategy to achieve the desired sales, market share and growth.
- Develop and implement collaborative visit plan, effectively and make full use of time to guarantee the time distribution between various products meet the requirements of the company.
- Collect market information and feedback in time and accurately, predict regional market risks and ensure the growth of market share.
- Keep following the regional purchase, sales, inventory status, ensure every area has reasonable inventory.
- Establish a good relationship with experts in various pharmacy products, work closely with marketing and Ministry of Commerce departments.

Person Specification:
- BA/BS degree preferably in Science, Business or Healthcare Discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field, having experience in pharmaceutical and women’s health industry, preferably having experience in people management
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the challenges and opportunities
- Leadership and coaching capability, development oriented, focus for building talent
- Able to locate in Istanbul and travel up to %60.
