Position: Divisional Manager

Product Segment: Diagnostics

Reporting to: Vice President - Sales

Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata

Experience: Minimum 10-15 years working within the IVD industry. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To Own and drive the sales strategy of the diagnostic portfolio of accounts for the assigned Zones
• Cover Sales Target of the North, west, and East regions in India.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within the hospital, physician practice, and other organizations.
• Good knowledge and contact with Distributors to establish a strong distribution channel and Increase sales.
• Grow market with Commitment to establish a new business across the region.
• Achieving Quarterly / Half-yearly / Annual Sales Targets
• To motivate, support and coordinate with the team for overall operational Efficiency.

Mandatory Requisites:

1. Education: A Graduation degree in Life Sciences
2. Knowledge: strong Haematology Market Analysis, thorough understanding of the Geography and Local markets.
3. Travel: Extensively across the assigned zones.
4. Skills: Skilled in Man Management Handling and Team Building, Positive approach to work, build and sustain relationships with customers, Excellent communication skills, Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
