Position: Divisional Manager – Sales

Location: Kolkata

Area Coverage: East Zone

Reports To: Vice President - Sales

Product Segment: In-vitro Diagnostics

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledge of Hematology Market.
• Good knowledge and contact with Distributors to establish strong distribution channel.
• Thorough knowledge about the Geography.
• Excellent Man Management skills.
• Positive approach Committed to establish new business.
• Build & sustain relationship with customers.
• To achieve Quarterly/ Half yearly/ Annual Sales Targets.
• Good Knowledge of Local market & Travel Extensively across the assigned zones.
• To motivate, support & coordinate with his team for overall operational Efficiency.

 SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in the IVD industry.
• Education: Any Life Science Graduate.
• Highly savvy with tools like spreadsheets, CRM, and social media activities.
• Strong communication skills.
