The Divisional Social Media Manager - EMEA is a subject-matter expert with solid hands-on experience and is responsible for leading the social media strategy for the  portfolio in Europe, UK, Africa and Russia

• Worked in a social media role and can demonstrate a good level of understanding of the social media function.
• A minimum of 3-5yrs experience.
• Strong background in creating and delivering high quality social content and campaigns.
• Experience in writing creative copy and engaging social posts.
• Experience in working with and managing social influencers and content creators.
• Knowledge of strategic communications and marketing concepts, principles, and techniques.
• Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites.
• Good knowledge of Google Suites e.g. docs, sheets, slides.
• Skills in photo and video editing eg. adobe photoshop, premiere pro
• Ability to create photo and video content for social channels, with basic retouching and editing skills.
• Good commercial acumen - ability to connect social strategy to larger marketing and business goals.
• Quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills e.g. looking at data and turning it into action.
• Quick and creative thinker.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Project management skills to implement tools, policies and processes for organizing social calendar and planning ahead.
• An intuitive approach to daily working practices and ability to demonstrate initiative and work to tight and changing deadlines.
• Fluency in English required
