Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accounting and registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence, sending incoming correspondence to recipients within the company, registration in the document management system "Assai", scanning, publication in Sharepoint of incoming/outgoing correspondence, sending weekly reminder reports to employees to ensure timely responses to requests from government agencies;
- Scanning of documents, registration in the document management system "Assay", publication in Sharepoint of organizational and administrative documentation;
- Participation in the organization, maintenance and support of paper and electronic archives;
- Maintaining a unified corporate glossary;
- Verification of compliance of the form and details of internal documents to the requirements, advising employees on the design of documents;
- Organization of the work of the contractor for the provision of archival services (drawing up and sending requests for delivery / removal of boxes, meeting and escorting the contractor's employees around the office, maintaining a register of documents deposited in the archive);
- Organizing the work of the contractor for the provision of printing /binding services (drawing up and sending requests for printing /binding, maintaining a register, organizing the delivery of finished materials to the office);
- Performing document control tasks.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English is welcome, as many of the documents you will have to work with are bilingual (Russian-English);
- Experience in the field of document control is essential;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (word, excel).
Conditions:
- Registration under the GPH;
- Schedule: Monday-Friday from 9 to 18 (at the moment, mostly remote work, with occasional trips to the Moscow office);
- The office is within walking distance of the metro station Barrikadnaya;
- Official salary: 40,000 rubles on hand.
