As a Software Engineering Leader, you will drive technical teams and business consultants towards organizational priorities. Your role will be pivotal in developing, testing, and implementing solutions and best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness on our journey to Engineering Excellence. You will have the opportunity to accelerate our digital transformation journey, deploy a digital engineering vision, and deliver value through cloud-led solutions, innovative experiences, and a smarter go-to-market strategy. Who You Are:

• A product excellence leader with 15+ years of experience in the software industry
• 5+ years of experience managing a Center of Excellence for process improvement functions in the IT space.
• A proactive leader who has participated in process improvement initiatives, preferably in a leadership role.
• A critical thinker who can identify potential risks and issues in product implementation and services.
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using appropriate tools to communicate creative solutions.
• Experienced in resource management and stakeholder relationship management.
