○ Regular 1:1s, conflict resolution

Ideal Candidate profile:

● 8+ years experience (with recent years of experience being engineering manager or staff engineer)

● Strong competencies in software design & architecture along with a deeper understanding of the scalability of distributed systems

● Experienced in agile methodologies

● Ability to own things with entrepreneurial mindset

● Good at stakeholder management

● Good working knowledge on backend technologies like Java, spring boot, MYSQL, NoSQL, Kafka, Redis
