The perspective of the role is to become a carbon emissions and data expert to help the company implement its Sustainable Strategy. The initial key role of the incumbent is to lead an important international project and will ensure deliverables are met on time. The first phase of the job will consist in managing a project in partnership with an expert sustainability third party and internal stakeholders, such as the Procurement, Technology Directors and Industrial leaders. Moving forward, the main responsibility will be to help the company to reach the reduction targets that will be defined.
Professional Experiences and Qualifications:
MUST HAVE
- Experience and/or passion for sustainability including fighting against climate change
- Experience with carbone footprint calculation
- University degree in either business administration / civil, facility or mechanical engineering / economics or any sustainability related degree
- Proven project management skills and experience, capable of managing multiple, international projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively both upwards and at peer level with functional and business colleagues in various stakeholder groups (e.g. Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, other Group functions)
STRONG ASSET
- Audit, and advisory reporting experience. You already know how to deliver reporting protocols and training
- The ability to recognise commercial or financial risks, and communicate the commercial benefits of the carbon reduction programme
- Prior experience in Change Management
- Fluent in English, other European languages being a plus
