The Role
Development of a vivid company culture by creating and implementing suitable HR strategy, focus on high quality recruitment, create suitable HR policies, establish a professional learning and development plan and enhance the HRIS setup. In addition, the alignment of the main processes and procedures of all locations is a major objective
The Person
- Studies:
- Master in a HR related major study background (business administration or social sciences)
- Knowledge:
- Practical application of contemporary HR practices
- Advanced IT literacy incl. MS Office
- Good Understanding of German Labor Law
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in an HR function on a Generalist level, preferably with team leading and recruiting experience
- Attitude:
- Service-minded, hands-on, good personal appearance, passion for HR job and working with people, authority level to apply existing company rules and regulations, authority level to set can-do mentality, result driven, proactive approach, person-directed approach, able to establish rapport with persons, handling information confidentially, living, defending and deploying the company values and virtues in daily work situation
- Cultural understanding and openness in a multicultural European / Korean business setting
- Languages:
- Mother tongue: German
- Business knowledge: English
Knowledge of other languages is an asset
