Our Client is an independent utility consultancy in the UK. It procures and manages the energy, water, waste and telecoms requirements for some of the biggest UK brands tendering in excess of £900m worth of utilities each year.

We are looking for an Excel Expert (not VBA) to join the team.

This is a "working from home" role, based in Romania, with communication to the UK by Zoom, phone & email.

Responsibilities:

• Run complex queries on the company’s system to sort and filter data
• Analyze and interpret the results to look for patterns and determine if the findings answer the business’s questions and are accurate.
• Build effective and visually rich presentation to represent data in a meaningful way
• Work with various stakeholders to build insights based on the collected data
• Understand business problems and use statistical tools to create automated reports
• Help design coordinate reporting requirements across the business

Requirements:

• ‘All round’ Excel Expert incl:  pivoting, charts, slice-dice data, complex formulas etc
• Previous relevant experience in data manipulation, report creation and building visually rich presentation for various executives
• Data analysis experience and insights generation
• Excellent communication skills – ability to understand the requirements and present reports and insights in a meaningful way
• Excellent English
