Antal International, on behalf of its client, is looking for a

Field Sales Representative with German in Romania.

If you're a sociable sales professional, fluent in English and German, and open to travelling within Germany for up to 26 weeks a year, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What to expect:

• You will advise on and sell high-quality products and strong service offerings in exhaust gas analysis technology. Your responsibilities include regular customer contact via phone, in-person visits, and digital presentations (e.g., via Microsoft Teams).
• You will continuously monitor and analyse the market, enabling you to respond to changes effectively.
• You will represent the products at trade fairs and dealer information events.
• You will collaborate on marketing initiatives, working on a project basis with various internal teams such as inside sales, product management, and marketing.
• You will develop and manage the social media presence, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You’ll create stories, generate ideas to attract relevant followers, and help boost the company’s visibility.

What you should bring:

• A valid driver’s license (Class B) and a willingness to travel throughout Germany up to 26 weeks per year.
• Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written.
• A completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable commercial or technical qualification, along with professional experience in sales, ideally technical sales (involving measuring instruments and tools)
• Strong empathy and excellent time management skills as a natural sales talent.
• Proficiency in common office software, with a willingness to learn new programs as needed.
