Manage and provide support for the Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives of the company through the following key responsibilities:

1. Formulate strategies for commercials and take ownership of the company's pricing model, ensuring its ongoing maintenance.
2. Assist in pricing proposals and activities related to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), while maintaining a governance framework.
3. Conduct periodic benchmarking exercises with industry peers.Act as the point of contact for financial matters pertaining to contracts and commercial activities.
4. Collaborate with the Legal and Operations teams to enhance control over contract renewals and closures.
5. Act as a financial representative in customer discussions when necessary.
6. Provide supporting billing data to customers and diligently follow up for collections.
7. Offer any other required support in the process of onboarding new customers.
8. Establish a baseline for revenue in recurring and long-term contracts.

• Serve as the Business Finance Partner for the Sales Function.

1. Lead the Annual Budgeting process for the Global Sales Function.
2. Monitor and report on budgetary, forecast, and actual financial performance for the Sales Function.
3. Ensure sufficient provisions for sales-related incentives and evaluate incentive payout structures and policies.
4. Assess and approve investments in new GTM opportunities.

• Monitor and report on customer profitability and take necessary actions as required.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) and liaise with internal functions as needed.

1. Resolve customer issues in collaboration with the Governance team.
2. Provide inputs to the accounting team for cost allocations, revenue recognition, and billing processes.
