What you will do:

• Create detailed process maps that incorporate business and system steps
• Document detailed business analysis, problem/issues, opportunities, and recommended solutions for business
• Define business requirements and document business requirements with the product management team
• Assist with the prioritization of technical and business requirements to drive improvements and reduce risk
• Articulate requirements and challenges in business and technology terms to serve as a liaison between the two departments
• Conduct UAT testing, SOP development and training for changes and new functionality

Skill Requirements:

• Strong understanding of regulatory and financial reporting requirements
• Ability to manage constant change and re-prioritization
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to facilitate discussions between business and technology teams
• Superior analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cost-benefit analysis
• Proven experience with process mapping and modelling
• Comprehensive understanding of networks, databases, systems and other core technology
• Thorough understanding of accounting and financial reporting processes
• Experience working in an agile technology environment

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or another relevant field
• Experience with Fico Debt Manager, Oracle preferred
• 2+ years experience in financial services
• Business Analyst Certification
• Experience with Tableau and SQL
