Responsibilities:

- Ensuring control over compliance with financial discipline and control of cash flow

- Approval, verification and authorization of payments

- Organizing the preparation of monthly management reports

- Check accruals

- Preparation of accruals (people cost, rebates calculation)

- Oracle HFM loading fact & forecast (smartview, ad-hoc reports)

- Preparation of P&L & BS reports in corporate reporting format

- Preparation and sending of management reports

- P&L report

- BS report (past dues, WC, AP, AR explanations)

- Cash flow (CF weekly basis)

- Annual budgeting and monthly forecast, Preparation of P&L and BS

- Control of credit limits

- Periodic updating of credit limits

- Control of shipping to customers

- Control of operating costs within the limits set by the budget

- Cost approval

- Calculation and analysis of production costs

- Providing sales and cost data

- Update of standard prices in SAP

- Account reconciliation against GAAP accounts

- Initiate monthly account reconciliation between RAP & GAAP accounts

- Control and participation in internal and external audit

- Preparation of data for obtaining approvals according to corporate requirements

- new clients, changes in payment terms, changes in credit limits, bonuses to clients, etc.

- Tax entry for GAAP purposes

- Preparation of data for the annual and quarterly posting of deferred tax (work with the Chief Accountant)

- Organization of the work of the finance department

Requirements:

• Higher education (finance, economics);

• Confident excel user (working in excel requires knowledge of complex formulas);

• Experience in SAP is required (at the moment there is a transition to a new version of SAP, an understanding of FI, CO modules is required);

• Knowledge of Oracle and experience of working through smartview will be a plus;

• English is required (written and oral), communication with colleagues from Europe and on the current SAP project only in English;

• Analytical thinking, high communication and presentation skills, desire to improve processes, ability to work in a team.
