Responsibilities:

• Financial planning and setting up a budgeting system.
• Financial modeling.
• Optimization and automation of management reporting process.
• Formation of DBS.
• Formation and analysis of the main economic indicators of the production and trading company.
• Operational capital (management).
• Business control and control of accounts payable and receivable.
• Budget management (control, variance analysis, optimization).
• Preparing reports as requested by management.
• Payroll calendar.
• Analysis/checking of accounts, preparation of statements, explanatory notes.
• Formation and management of a team of 6 people (accounting, finance, lawyer).
• Travels to production sites.

Requirements:

• Higher education (economics/finance)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing and trading companies with turnover of 1 - 3 billion rubles.
• Knowledge in accounting and taxation.
• Knowledge of production economics, cost calculation.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Stress-tolerance, positive attitude, proactivity.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Punctuality, attention to detail.
• Results oriented.
• Business orientation and teamwork.
