Responsibilities:

• Ensure legal compliance: Accounting, Tax, Audit management;
• Prepare the internal / group financial reporting.
• Cash management, forecasts/planning, keep internal controls; establish credit controls together with GM and sales management;
• Develop manufacturing and business controlling;
• Manage the budget process;
• Organize, motivate and develop the Accounting and Finance team, review the current processes and responsibilities to improve the efficiency in the finance / controlling management.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics, Chartered Accountant / CFA qualification is a plus;
• 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting management with international companies, having import/export and manufacturing operations in Russia;
• Good knowledge of Russian Accounting Standards and Tax Law;
• Good knowledge of IFRS;
• Experience with 1C, advanced Excel skills;
• Fluent English for interaction with colleagues from European HQ;
• Previous work experience for a recognized international audit firm is an advantage;
• People Management Experience and good leadership skills.
