We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager specialized in English accounting system, based in Iasi.
The role:
Managing the Finance team of 4 individuals & supporting the Managing Director with development of the business.
Main responsibilities:
1.The Client accounts and preparing the regular monthly reports
2.Bookkeeping and financial management for clients managed in Romania
3.Managing the the Client Romanian team
4.Maximising the profitability of the the Clients Romanian team – without compromising service and quality
5.Creating and managing a management information (dashboard) pack for clients that links ‘seamlessly’ to the client’s a/c software
6.For both clients and The Client Investigating new technology that will improve both quality and efficiency and provide new client services/income streams
Experience required:
· Studies:
- Graduate of higher education in financial or economic fields.
· Professional experience:
- Previous responsibilities in similar roles
- Ability to meet deadlines.
· Knowledge:
- Very good knowledge of the English accounting system.
- Very good knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, Harvest and more specific financial programs.
Skillset and qualification:
· Very good English
· Very Strong Communications skills.
· Very strong management skills.
· Good technology investigation skills.
· Pc Operation:
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of organizational programs.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Word.
- Solid knowledge in the field of specific IT applications.
