Responsibilities:

• Monthly closing: conducting necessary transactions in the system in accordance with the closing checklist;
• Uploading data into 1C and checking the management accounts of the companies-assets to close the period;
• Control over the correctness of the accrual of income and expenses in the management accounting for the group of companies on the procedure of closing of the month;
• Participation in the formation of the annual budget;
• Participation in the quarterly budget execution plan-factual, participation in the quarterly update of the annual budget;
• Participation in Finance Group projects and strategic tasks;
• Maintaining the project of automation of management accounting;
• Participation in the project of automation of calculation of the cost of assets;
• Methodological work: participation in the formation of policies on management accounting and budgeting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience;
• Knowledge of reporting forms (P&L, cashflow, balance sheet);
• Ability to distinguish management accounting from accounting and ability to explain it;
• The ability to prepare financial statements in a format regulated by the state and in a format for management.
