Am fantastic opportunity to join this international luxury hotel group, this property is located in Florance and is a 5 Star Luxury Hotel, we looking for a strong personality to be the face of the F&B Operations , must be creative and able to drive new business and maximise the F&B possibilities  at this property , as a salary upto 55k is on offer.

Requirements 

• Excellent command of Italian and English both written and spoken. Third language is a plus;
• · Previous experience in a luxury hotel operation in a similar role;
• · Excellent knowledge of all aspects of F&B Operations, including Restaurant and Bar Management, Banqueting, In Room Dining, Culinary and Stewarding;
• · Experience in developing strategic business and/or Food and Beverage plans;
• · Excellent communication skills verbal, written and non-verbal;
• · Previous working experience in Florence is a plus
• Must already hold a EU passport
