The aim is for the Franchise Sales Manager to promote Antal widely and open 30 / 40 new offices in 2022 in key regions such as the EU & MENA.
Antal are currently looking for a talented Business and Relationship developer (Franchise Sales Manager) ideally with knowledge of how the recruitment world works & franchise Sales to further develop their reach across the UK, Europe and the globe. Speaking a 2nd language highly desired but not essential.
The Franchise Sales Manager role is to showcase the business model and demonstrate the highest levels of support and benefits available from the franchise package.
The typical duties will include:
- Complete the entire sales cycle from following up on first calls to prospects to introduce the model, check they have received franchise literature and present the opportunity
- Managing the prospects through the sales process from making first calls, follow up calls and all key stages.
- Booking prospects in for meetings and events
- Organising on-side meeting agendas
- Guide the prospect through the due diligence process, helping them with business planning, bank loan application and government grants
- Assisting franchise prospects to understand the franchise agreement and make clarifications and amendments from time to time and where necessary.
- Alongside these duties you will also be guiding prospects on Marketing recommendations.
- Regular sharing of Social media posts and other business networking sites.
- Preparing prospect presentation packs with latest and relevant information.
- Preparing presentation and exhibition material for events Regularly prepare ‘hot sheet’ status report.
Working hours 9.00 - 6.00
Office based (West London W1 area) with some flexibility.
