Roles and responsibilities :

• Will be a part of CIO’s team Managing full life cycle development and delivery of value-driven technology, business and process improvement solutions
• Managing multiple applications (package and developed applications)
• Will effectively partner with business, teams, leadership, and vendors to identify needs, evaluate risks and issues.
• Build and lead project teams in delivering complex, high-profile, global projects within budget and timelines .
• Define approaches and plans, and deliver technology/IT solutions, cloud software delivery, and enterprise solutions, and manage third-party systems and tools across multiple product/business lines, and geographies.
• Will be building and leading the development and delivery teams and help organization by delivering complex high-profile global projects on time within budget and with high satisfaction.
• Managing the Direct team of 10 and Indirect team 30.

Desired Profile :

• Graduate/Post-graduate in Computer Science/Computer Applications with a minimum of 12 years’ experience in managing IT projects/delivery
• Proven experience as a project manager/program manager with a thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Good understanding of Cloud Technologies, Micro Services, and Web Services and hands-on experience in managing software development/product development and deployment. Must have experience in technologies in the supply chain and logistic space.
• Candidate should have come from product implementation / Application development background experience in supporting existing applications & developing new applications based on Business requirements, Ability to manage multiple technology projects, delivery, integration, and migration of systems and
• tools across business lines/geographies
• Creative thinking and ability to invent and innovate, prior experience in creating intellectual property (IP) documents for new product design concepts, managing technical proposals, is preferable
• Good understanding on Agile Scrum Methodologies, and working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project etc.)
• Good understanding of software engineering life cycle for development, and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems
• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Experience handling multiple systems/projects aligning with overall business goals
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication and comprehension skills, leadership capabilities, stakeholder management skills, able to manage a team and influence.
