Roles & Responsibilities :
- Partner with the business leaders in designing and developing customer-centricity roadmap with Salesforce CRM as the basis
- Define and implement the CRM team structure including the mix of internal team members and external service providers
- Development and implementation of CRM governance guidelines and driving success of CRM initiatives
- Define the strategic Salesforce roadmap and architecture. This includes sales cloud, marketing cloud, analytics and integrations with other ERP systems
- Overall in-charge of design, architecture, implementation and support of Salesforce CRM Applications
- Manage a CRM team ensuring team productivity, efficiency and growth.
Desired Profile :
- 15+ years of experience which includes 10 years in Salesforce arena
- Been part of multiple implementations having good experience in building and implementing applications on the Salesforce platform (especially Sales Cloud)
- Good understanding of Enterprise software and integration requirements with salesforce
- Demonstrated understanding of overall SFDC architecture and platform
- Has played a part in leading teams and managing Client expectations
- Has drafted roadmaps and execution strategies for various projects
- Experience in end-to-end integration of Salesforce with large ERP applications
- MuleSoft experience would be an added advantage
- Salesforce Certification is highly desirable
- Play a leadership role in adoption of salesforce across all businesses and users
- Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
