This position is based out of the Chennai or Tirupati office, responsible for managing a team of 1 -2 Senior managers / Manager, who is responsible for performing end-to-end AR follow-up on outstanding edits, claims and denials.

This role involves process management, interaction with the client for all planning and process improvements to achieve and exceed the client and AGS SLAs while maintaining organizational standards and processes.

The ideal cnadidate for this role will have:

• Academic qualification for this role is a graduate in any stream. Preferably with Commerce background and an MBA would be added advantage
• Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field of which minimum of 3 years should be in an Assistant manager and above role
