In France and around the world, our client, a SME of 250 employees (subsidiary of a Group), works with numerous brands as a cosmetics, baby care, hygiene and body care, home care, health, and disinfection subcontractor. It is the key partner of many prestigious brands and major retailers.
To meet its development needs, particularly in new markets (e.g., medical applications), through the marketing of innovative, more technical products with higher added value, our client is looking to recruit a "General Manager / CEO", able to supervise and optimize the company's overall performance in a context of extremely high pressure due to economic and geopolitical uncertainties.
KEY MISSIONS:
Reporting to the Group CEO and collaborating closely with all partners, the candidate will handle the development and optimal organization of this site.
He/she will be responsible for the commercial, operational, and managerial aspects of the business. His/her main missions are the following:
Commercial:
- The definition and implementation of the company's sales and marketing development strategy.
- Developing quality relationships with clients and partners.
- Negotiating, especially with the FMCG
-Developing the loyalty of strategic customers and getting new markets (customers, partners, suppliers) with the support of the commercial support functions - Detecting new opportunities through innovation
Operational:
- Watching the evolution of the offer and the range of products and services proposed.
- Analysis and monitoring of KPIs (quality, deadlines).
- Steering and analytical reporting of the overall activity.
- Constantly improving quality by activating all the levers that can contribute to this.
Management:
- solid management experience, preferably in an industrial SME environment
- Setting up a work organization that is both structured and agile.
- The creation of profitable and favorable conditions for the company's growth.
- The deployment of rigorous human resources management (support and cohesion of the employee and subcontractor teams, keeping the social climate).
- Coordinating the actions of each person to meet the challenges of the structure.
- Good management of the financial resources at your disposal (financial policy, investments, arbitration).
- Good management of technical and administrative resources.
PROFILE
- 5 years of higher education with significant and combined experience in General Management or even in Commercial and Financial Management
- Experience in factory /Operations management
- Good negotiator, Knowledge of FMCG distribution channels
- - A good interpersonal skillset with human values in line with those of the company, in particular trust
- - A person of good sense with a strong involvement, ambitious and a force of proposal
- Charismatic and a leader
- - Mastering French. Fluent in English
- - The personification of humility, leadership, and loyalty
